Our Buisness Update

We thank you for your ongoing support through the difficult last two years, rest assured all our staff are still following the governments recommendations.

Masks: You are no longer required to wear masks, but you can if you wish too and you can also request that your treating physio wears a mask should you wish. 

SMS Pre-screening: We are still pre-screening all patients via our SMS system, prior to their appointment to confirm that they are not experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms or are testing positive.

Household Contacts: If you are a household contact of a positive case, you can still attend your appointment, providing you are feeling well and you are testing negative. 

Feeling unwell? If you are feeling unwell with any cold/flu like symptoms we do ask kindly that you reschedule your appointment (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, congested or runny nose, loss of taste, loss of smell).

Hygiene measures: We are still practising the best hygiene measures. We have been purchasing sanitiser from Earp Distillery in Carrington, we use plenty of it for our beds and all the surfaces! Pillow cases are changed after every patient.

We encourage the use of contactless payments. We highly recommend downloading your Health Insurance Card to your phones digital wallet to claim your health fund rebate and use paywave where possible.

In times like these a strong sense of community has never been more important. After all, we are all in this together, stay safe everybody!
