Payment Methods
Private Patients: At Sharpe's Physio You will need to settle your bill on the day of your appointment. Payment can be made by cash, credit card and EFTPOS. We have the HICAPS machine for fast health fund claims on the spot so please make sure you bring your Health Fund card with you.

Enhanced Primary Care (Medicare): You will need to have been issued by your GP a Chronic Condition Management Plan.
​When you are attending your Management Plan appointment with our Physios you will now make an EFTPOS payment of the current rebate of $61.80 on a debit card, our reception staff will then pop your claim through on our HICAPS machine to Medicare and you will receive the $61.80 straight back from Medicare onto your debit card.
​The Management Plans still have a maximum number of appointments that you can use across all Allied Health Providers for example Osteopath, Dietitian and Physios for the current year.
​Unfortunately, due to the new changes we as Allied Health Care providers have no way of tracking your appointments used or available. This is something you can track yourself on your Medicare App. To find out more about this you would need to contact Medicare.

If you have reached your appointment limit for your Management Plan for the current year you won’t receive the rebate, so it’s important that you keep track of your appointments.

Once we have confirmation of a valid claim, and claim number we will bill your insurer the appropriate fees. Until appropriate confirmation, fee's will be billed privately at the time of service.
