We’re excited to now offer the ONERO® program. A safe and proven exercise program designed specifically for people with low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Developed from leading research, ONERO® helps improve bone strength, posture, balance and reduce the risk of falls and fractures, all under the guidance of our physio team.

What does the program involve at Sharpe's?

Initial assessment — one‑on‑one with with our registered ONERO® practitioner for a baseline assessment

Personalised exercise plan — you’ll join the ONERO® class (or semi‑private small group) 1‑2 times per week, with sessions that include:

Progressive resistance

Weight‑bearing impact/ loading exercises

Balance, posture and mobility work

Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of load, technique and safety

Progress monitoring — regular check‑ins to review your movement, posture, strength, balance, and bone health (where possible) so we can keep advancing your training safely.

Ongoing support — we’ll guide you in lifestyle factors too to get the full benefit of your program.
