I am interested – what next?

Thank you so much for your interest in our Onero™ Classes! We would love for you to join them!

Step 1:
To begin you will need a 30 min initial assessment with our registered Onero™ practitioner, Kim. This is so that we can obtain a full medical history and perform a thorough assessment before the class. This is $125.00 which is also claimable through your private health insurance. If you would like to proceed, please click here to book online and choose Practitioner: Kimberly.  Although not essential, please bring a copy of your most recent bone density (DXA) scan results if you have them.

Step 2:
You are now ready to attend the group classes. You can book in for the classes either online, in person or over the phone. Click here to book online.

When are the classes?
Class Times:
Monday – 4.00pm
Wednesday – 6.30am
Thursday – 11.30am – (As of Thursday 19th February)

Please note if you are unable to find a spot in your desired class time when booking online, please call the clinic as we can put you on a cancellation list.

What is the Cost?

$25 per session.

Payable in blocks of 10 = $250.00, before or at your first class. This can be claimed through Private Health Insurance, please contact your insurance provider to find out.

The 30 min Initial Assessment is $125, also claimable through Private Health Insurance.

What do I need to bring to the assessment and class?
Please wear comfortable gym appropriate clothing.
To your Initial Assessment, please bring along any relevant medical information and although not essential, bring a copy of your most recent bone density (DXA) scan results if you have them. 

I have chronic injuries and aches and pains! Am I going to be able to do the exercises?
We can work around injuries, which will be discussed at your Initial Assessment, our knowledgeable physio & licensed Onero™ Practitioner Kim, is always happy to help tailor exercises to you.

How many classes per week do I have to attend?
Two! To get the full benefit 2 or more classes a week is ideal, but one is better than none!

What does the program involve at Sharpe's?

  • Initial assessment — one‑on‑one with with our registered Onero practitioner  for a baseline assessment 

  • Personalised exercise plan — you’ll join the ONERO™ class (or semi‑private small group) 1‑2 times per week, with sessions that include:

    • Progressive resistance 

    • Weight‑bearing impact/ loading exercises 

    • Balance, posture and mobility work

    • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of load, technique and safety

  • Progress monitoring — regular check‑ins to review your movement, posture, strength, balance, and bone health (where possible) so we can keep advancing your training safely.

  • Ongoing support — we’ll guide you in lifestyle factors too to get the full benefit of your program.
