We’re excited to now offer the ONERO™ program. A safe and proven exercise program designed specifically for people with low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Developed from leading research, ONERO™ helps improve bone strength, posture, balance and reduce the risk of falls and fractures, all under the guidance of our physio team.

What does the program involve at Sharpe's?
- 
Initial assessment — one‑on‑one with a physiotherapist, review of your bone health status (DEXA/bone scan if available), posture, balance, strength, falls history and goals. 
- 
Personalised exercise plan — you’ll join the ONERO™ class 1‑2 times per week, with sessions that include: - 
Progressive resistance (weights, machines or body‑weight, targeted to load bones) 
- 
Weight‑bearing impact/ loading exercises (safe jumps/landings, step‑downs, etc) 
- 
Balance, posture and mobility work 
- 
Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of load, technique and safety 
 
- 
- 
Progress monitoring — regular check‑ins to review your movement, posture, strength, balance, and bone health (where possible) so we can keep advancing your training safely. 
- 
Ongoing support — we’ll guide you in lifestyle factors too (nutrition, movement outside class, safe loading) to get the full benefit of your program.
