ONERO™ at Sharpe’s Physio

Build Stronger Bones. Move with Confidence.

We’re excited to now offer the ONERO™ program. A safe and proven exercise program designed specifically for people with low bone density, osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Developed from leading research, ONERO™ helps improve bone strength, posture, balance and reduce the risk of falls and fractures, all under the guidance of our physio team.

What does the program involve at Sharpe's?

  • Initial assessment — one‑on‑one with a physiotherapist for a baseline assessment

  • Personalised exercise plan — you’ll join the ONERO™ class (or semi‑private small group) 1‑2 times per week, with sessions that include:

    • Progressive resistance

    • Weight‑bearing impact/ loading exercises

    • Balance, posture and mobility work

    • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment of load, technique and safety

  • Progress monitoring — regular check‑ins to review your movement, posture, strength, balance, and bone health (where possible) so we can keep advancing your training safely.

  • Ongoing support — we’ll guide you in lifestyle factors too to get the full benefit of your program.
